Hanson Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, supporting our client in the gaming industry!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects and duties across the team supporting the general program and developer questions and needs. In addition, working to continually develop procedural improvements for team operations and processes, and support team data reporting and miscellaneous ad-hoc requests from our client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, respond to, and process AAA and Indie studio requests for game tokens for both AAA and Indie Studios
- Gather partner feedback and utilize data and insights to help drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Perform analysis on auto-email responses across the team’s aliases to ensure they’re providing accurate and up-to-date information to partners
- Successfully work with all key stakeholders to ensure fluid and transparent communication across key deliverables
- Support cross-functional teams/team members also supporting studios and developers for complex or new program challenges
- Manage and oversee the Loaner Developer Kit program, working with our client to ensure proper inventory, processes, and hardware tracking mechanisms are in place
- Pull together and report on team performance metrics utilized in monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Understand and support developers working to ship their games, including responding to queries as needed
- Work with team leads and our client to identify and implement tool improvements
- Miscellaneous project coordination and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a project/program management role
- Experience working in the gaming industry
- Knowledge and application of CRM preferred
- Experience pulling and managing data and metrics
- Highly detail-oriented with proven ability to successfully troubleshoot partner issues
- Strong multi-tasking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
- Work effectively with internal and external partners
- Results-driven problem-solver who is highly motivated and self-directed
- Flexible and adaptable to changes
- Has a passion for games (Indie games specifically is a plus!)
