Associate Project Manager

Hanson Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager to join our team and provide support to our client's team in tech and gaming. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, collaborating, and executing projects to deliver content to consumers worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within the tech and gaming industries.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Support and partner with internal and external teams, and stakeholders to oversee and execute project requests.
• Assist in organizing project execution frameworks to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects/programs working collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders and teams.
• Prepare project reports and provide ongoing project status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, including updating documentation.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder meetings, such as project kick-off and status updates.
• Help gather information and participate in project postmortem meetings.
• Conduct quality checks for live content as needed.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, as well as ad-hoc reviews for stakeholders and internal teams.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related degree
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with creating and interpreting reports using various data sources.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience utilizing PowerBI and/or Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
• Experience supporting consumer-facing products or programs is a plus.
