Lisa’s staffing industry background is in recruiting, business development, and account management. She joined the Hanson team in May 2022 as an Account Manager to support consultants across multiple teams. Before Hanson, Lisa was with SmartTalent where she worked across various markets selling staffing services and providing account management. In her time there, she had the opportunity to oversee a small recruiting team providing daily operational support. She started her career with Volt Technical Resources, where she gained her technical recruiting experience. She is passionate about providing our clients and consultants the best support and is always up for a challenge.
Away from work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog Sage. They are outdoor enthusiasts, and love fly fishing, camping, hiking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and surf fishing.
