Vandana grew up in Washington State and graduated from the University of Washington’s Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. With a naturally outgoing and relationship-focused personality, she was often told she’d thrive in recruiting and after making the leap, she never looked back. Today, she brings 15 years of experience spanning both agency and in-house recruiting, with a passion for building meaningful connections and helping great people find the right opportunities. Her favorite part of the job is extending an offer and being part of such an exciting milestone in a candidate’s career.
Living just minutes from the beach, Vandana enjoys spending her free time exploring the shoreline with her senior rescue pup and taking advantage of everything Seattle has to offer. She’s also steadily checking off items on her bucket list, embracing new creative pursuits like learning piano, painting, and even taking up skiing later in life.
